HINT:  To prevent celery becoming thin and stringy, keep well fed with an organic fertiliser and keep well watered.

RECIPE:  CELERY SALT - Celery is naturally salty and can be used as a salt substitute.  Simply slice celery thinly and dry in a cool oven or dehydrator.  Then blend in a blender or coffee grinder until powdered.
