(Allium cepa)  Extra large, globe-shaped yellow-skinned bulb to 250g and 15cm across with crisp, firm, creamy white flesh and mild flavour.  May be used as a spring onion when young.  Stores well for several months in a cool, dry place.  Long day type but grows well in intermediate day areas if planted early.  Disease resistant.  110 - 115 days.  280 seeds
